The conference will start on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 (Day 1), with check-in from 7:00 AM - the location will be clearly marked and visible. You may collect your conference badge at the registration desk. No tickets are needed, just present yourself.
The mpe 2025 program begins on March 18 at 9:00 AM (CEST). Please check agenda for the official program. The event is scheduled to end at approximately 14:30 PM (CEST) on March 20th.
- Main conference sessions: No registration required. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Workshops: Open to merchants only. RSVP via the conference app. See more details here.
- Roundtables: Limited to 10 seats per session. Reserve your seat via the conference app. See more details here.
- Other Sessions, EWPN breakfast, 5K run, relax yoga, and other dopamine menu sessions: No registration required. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission to the awards ceremony & dinner - (evening program of conference Day 2) is charged 150 EUR/pass, on-site price is 500 EUR/pass. If you wish to attend the awards, we recommend that you buy admission to the awards dinner in advance (register on our website here).
The conference agenda is available on our website here or in the conference app (burger menu on the left/Schedule).
Brella is the official app for the mpe conference. It enables you to contact other participants, preschedule your on-site meetings, create your agenda, and more.
Within 24 hours after registering, you will receive a join code via email. Follow the instructions in the email to create your account.
The mpe 2025 platform on Brella requires a join code and join link, which will be sent to your email.
