2. vaccinated persons who have been issued a vaccination certificate in a third country outside the European Union for an administered COVID-19 vaccine which is equivalent to one of the COVID-19 vaccines referred to in Article 5(5) of Regulation (EU) 2021/953
3. recovered persons who have a positive PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection more than six months old and who have received at least one vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine authorised by the European Union and at least 14 days old
4. recovered persons who can demonstrate a positive PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection at least 28 days and not more than six months ago

Medical masks will be required and mandated, for indoor settings, unless exempt. Masks can be removed when eating and drinking. Types of masks accepted: FFP2, KN95/N95 or surgical masks. Please note cloth masks are not accepted.

The conference venue (InterContinental Berlin hotel) or any other hotels of your stay will only allow guests under the same conditions as stated above.

The COVID-19 test centre is available at Bikini Berlin, Budapester Str. 50 and can be booked here if you would like to be tested during the stay at the event or before your departure.

Bikini Berlin is a 10 minute walk from the InterContinental Berlin and their opening hours are 7:00 - 21:00 Monday to Sunday.

Please check the current regulations for travel, entry report and quarantine before travelling. You can find the current regulations here: under the headline - Quarantine, testing and reporting obligations for those entering the state of Berlin.

The organizer's COVID19 safety plan to be in place will be specified closer to the event, respecting the requirements as defined by the Berlin Senate.
